MORE ABOUT ME…

My name is Tim Patterson. I am a husband, father, Southern Baptist Minister, and Network Administrator/Engineer. I currently work at North Greenville University in Tigerville, SC. Erin is my wife and Veronica my daughter is just something special. I like reading, discussing theology, photography, sports, and being a couch potato when time permits.

Why Apparent Contradictions?

I have based a large part of my life on the premise that two statements that contradict one another cannot both be true. I am also aware that I sometimes live a life that seems inconsistent with this belief. Often times this creates apparent contradictions. I am now inviting you to be apart of them.

Hail to the Chief!

As I was driving to work this morning, I finally realized that I had no inaugural ceremony for my new role as HOA President.  I mean, why were there no news trucks?  No inaugural balls.  No parties.  No hoards of adoring home owners waiting for my speeches.  All I found was some work that needed to be done, people that needed served, and some responsibilities and leadership that needed filled.

Man, I sure would have liked to worn a tux for a few minutes though, especially if Erin would have been in one of those adult prom dress/evening gowns or whatever they are called.  Who knows maybe someone would have even talked about V's clothes a soon to be fashion trend.

I salute you, Chief Patterson. I wish I had the body to wear one of those evening gowns!

LOL, As former Administrator of our condo HOA, I give a salute to you and respect the responsibility that goes along with it.

V making a fashion statement. Too funny!

I'll buy one of those obnoxious "Obama's my Homeboy" tee-shirts and use a permanent marker to scratch out -Obama- and write-Erin's Hubby-
Then you'll know your grand role as HOA President is being honored all the way over in Oregon ;)

Oh, and I probably can't get Bon Jovi to sing for you but I could have Erin blast Bon Jovi on her car stereo as you drive down the street. Will that work?

That would work. I am just not sure she has any Bon Jovi unless she grabbed my iPod.
